Through Costa Brava Foods, and with our Technical-Live Animal specifications for the farms that supply us, we control the agrifood chain in all our products and all our ranges. We select the origin, breeding, feeding and farming conditions of our animals to guarantee optimum organoleptic conditions in our charcuterie: colour, texture, bite, flavour.

We make efficient use of natural resources, raw materials and energy.

We reducing consumption to the minimum levels needed and the generation of waste and atmospheric emissions.

This social responsibility has led us to accept a very special commitment to hiring vulnerable people who are at risk of social exclusion, normally doubling the percentage required by the Social Integration of Disabled People Law. This commitment was recognised by the Incorpora Programme of the La Caixa bank’s Obra Social foundation in 2014.

We also collaborate closely with regional bodies that fight social exclusion and poverty by supplying them with our products.
